To be successful in this role you must be:-
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Experienced in a sales orientated environment - Retail or call centre
- Willing to commit to a rotating shift roster (Monday 12-8, Saturdays 10-6)
- Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Friendly, confident and ready to start immediately!
Training will be over two days, commencing 20/07/10 and is 100% mandatory.

Our client - an iconic, female, fashion retail brand are looking for a finance assistant (full or part qualified) to join their team in this vital 3 Month Contract Role.
This position would ideally suit someone currently studying accounting or recently qualified. If not, at least 2 years accounts based work experience will be required.
Reporting to the finance manager your main duties will be:
- Reconciliations of accounts for up to 50 retail stores Nationwide
- Ensuring all banking transactions are processed through the internal system accurately.
- Communicating with store managers to discuss accounts discrepancies.
- Cash Book is updated on a Daily Basis
You will also be required to have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and at least 12 months experience using spreadsheets. Knowledge of either HR3 & timeteq and previous payroll experience in a retail industry will be an advantage

Our client, located in BRAESIDE is a specialist in the heating and cooling industry. The company has a very friendly working environment and is looking for flexible, professional and confident candidates to fill the role of On Call Customer Service Representatives.
We have an opportunity for YOU to be part of this special Customer Service team!
This role would ideally suit candidates that are available on an "On Call" basis. At the end of each week you will be issued with your expected working hours the following week. This could range from 20 hours to full time hours depending on the inbound call rate.
This role would be ideal for students, stay at home parents or anyone who is looking for an exciting new job in which they can work flexible hours on an ongoing basis.
You would also be dealing directly with customers to provide feedback regarding the technicians and answer general enquiries relating to Warranty Services and faults.
To be considered for this role you must possess:
Excellent customer service and rapport building ability
Intermediate computer and data entry skills
The ability to be on call and demonstrate flexibility with your working hours.
The Centres operational hours are between 7am -7pm. Full training hours in the first week will be 9-5 (Mon to Fri).

This professional but friendly call centre handles inbound enquiries from new and existing customers, dealing with diverse queries from complex to basic fund information. You will demonstrate outstanding customer service and go the extra mile for members whilst working to your KPI's.
12 months experience working in the SUPERANNUATION Industry would be a definite advantage!

This position is initially a 3 month contract. Our Client a large Global Organisation requires an additional Customer Service team member.
Our Client is based in Tullamarine and offers on site parking to the successful candidate.
You role largely involves handling in bound calls from existing Clients as well a suppliers. The team is made up of 8 Customer Services Officers with an accompanying Team Leader.
This role is a temp to perm opportunity and would require you to have a minimum of 6 months experience in a call centre handling at times quite complex calls. This role involves a rotating roster - 7am to 10pm Monday to Sunday and you would need to be available to work within the spread of hours and days.
Your previous Customer Service/ Call Centre experience must be demonstrated in your resume.
The successful candidate would also be required to liaise with internal departments and add notes on to inhouse data base. Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel are essential.
