Our client, a successful and well established provider of outsourcing solutions, are seeking a number of Inbound Call Centre Staff to join their team.  

We are looking for candidates who are available to offer flexibility with their availability as you will be working 37.5 hours per week between 08.00 and 20.00  

The Role:  

You will be required to receive inbound calls from customers on behalf of a well known utilities provider, dealing with inbound sales, verification calls and general customer queries.  

Please note, candidates that are willing to assist on some short term Outbound Campaigns for 1-3 weeks, every 2-3 months will be viewed favourably!  

Successful candidates must be able to tick the following boxes:  

  • A minimum of 12 months experience working within a call centre environment.
  • Proven Customer Service experience.
  • Demonstrated ability of working to KPI's and performance targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly and confident telephone manner
  • Available to commence training on 27th February for a mandatory 3 days
  • Able to commit for A MINIMUM of 6 months to the role.
