They have an exciting opportunity to join this ever expanding work force in the shape of a Customer Service Consultant. The main focus of this role involves handling incoming Personal Accident and Travel insurance queries and providing excellent customer service. Now for the sales like twist - if customers call to cancel their policy, you will be expected to use retention skills to try and keep them; with incentives provided for high retention results (full training in this area will be given). There is some administrative work as required by the business, mostly between calls. You will be provided with ongoing training and support, but to apply you must possess the following attributes and experience: Strong customer-focus Minimum 1 yr previous experience within an inbound or outbound call centre, or customer service environment Positive outlook, friendly Ability to demonstrate calm under pressure and good conflict resolution skills Team oriented Excellent communication and time management skills Able to demonstrate they are a results driven person solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Outlook, Excel and Word and the Internet Salary: $45k (incl. On-Call Customer Service Officer - BRAESIDEImmediate Start - Multiple ON-CALL Positions $19.45 Per Hr + Super Braeside Location with On-site Parking Our Client: Located in Braeside, this specialist heating/cooling company is an Australian household name. Due to the plummeting temperatures and the increase in call volumes, the need has risen for more staff in their inbound call centre. Great environment and free parking provided on-site is provided. The Role: These roles are Seasonal and on an On-Call Basis. Hours can fluctuate dependent on business needs. You will be required to respond to incoming customer calls, and deal with a broad range of requests - including processing sales orders and making notes on customers' accounts. This is a very busy call centre environment, so the ability to hit the deck running is a must! Full training and support is provided. Call centre experience is highly desirable, as is transferable skills that can be utilised in this call centre position. This role is paying $19.45 per hour PLUS Superannuation. The hours of operation are 7.30am - 7.30pm Monday - Friday There is very limited access via public transport, so only those with their own transport need apply.
