Our client is an established National Energy Provider is a well recognised and respected brand throughout Australia. They are seeking self motivated and hard working Sales Stars to join their successful marketing team, to commence work on April 16th.

The Role

This role is primarily Outbound Sales. You will be require to work on working on various sales campaigns with a view to:

  •   Generating new clients
  •     Retaining existing clients through up selling and cross selling
  •   Provide an outstanding customer service experience
  •   Playing a key role in handling customer objections
  •   Adhering to company policies and procedures
  •   Strong attention to detail is imperative along with a thirst for learning and development.

 

What we are looking for:

As a Sales or (Customer Service) professional you must have

  •   A minimum 12 Months experience working within inbound or outbound sales ideally within a call centre environment
  •   A person who understands and is comfortable working to targets and can demonstrate how they have achieved this in a previous occupation

 

Working within a corporate environment, this role would ideally suit a sales focused, self motivated individual. The ability to work in an autonomous role is essential, managing each call as if it were the first and providing an invaluable service every time.

Along with a professional telephone manner, you will have superb written communication skills and enjoy working in sales.

You must be available to start this position on the 16th April
