Our client, a leading National Energy Retailer, is seeking a number of Experienced Sales Consultants, to commence work on February 6th. Working in Corporate Offices in the CBD, this is an opportunity to join a well recognised and nationally respected national brand.
This could be a fantastic opportunity for you to join thie passionate and professional Sales Team on a Permanent basis.
We are seeking candidates who are able to demonstrate:
- A minimum 12 months working within a sales focused environment
- Experience in Cross Selling and Upselling
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- A solid understanding of working to KPI's and targets
- An eye for detail along with a thirst of learning and development
- A willingness to commit to a rotating roster (Mon - Fri between 10.00 - 19.30)
This role is primarily Outbound Sales with a variation of the nature of the calls that you will be required to make. Your responsibilities will primarily involve:
- Working on various sales campaigns, generating new clients and also retaining existing clients through up selling and cross selling products.
- Building relationships with clients and providing an outstanding customer service experience.
- Objection handling whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Working to targets/KPI's on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Working within this corporate call centre environment, this role would ideally suit a results driven sales person that has a good understanding of working to targets and can demonstrate how they have achieved this in a previous occupation.
Along with professional telephone manner, you will have superb written communication skills and enjoy working in sales.
You must be available to start this position on the 27th February.
